Marlin Coast Meals on Wheels Fund Raiser: Family Fun & Show and Shine @ Trinity Beach

Event Preparation
Bubsie was carefully prepared and polished this morning in readiness for the Show and Shine event at Trinity Beach, located just north of Cairns. The presentation standards were maintained to ensure optimal display quality.

Strong Media Response
The Meals on Wheels organising team expressed appreciation for Bubsie’s participation in their fundraising event. Attendance was significantly boosted by comprehensive media coverage across television, radio, and newspaper platforms, demonstrating the effectiveness of coordinated promotional efforts.

High Engagement Levels
Public interest was exceptionally strong, with book distribution reaching capacity levels at peak times. Despite competition from numerous other vehicles on display, Bubsie maintained the highest visitor engagement throughout the event.

Favorable Conditions
Weather conditions remained sunny with cooler temperatures that proved manageable for the team. The event maintained strong attendance until approximately 2 pm, when activity levels began to decline and some participants departed.

Extended Outreach
Following the formal event conclusion, the team conducted additional community engagement along the Cairns Esplanade. This impromptu stop at a recreational area provided opportunities for further conversations and book distribution with local residents.

Preparation for Departure
With Bubsie secured for transport, the team returned to the accommodation to prepare for tomorrow’s extended journey to Ayr. The day’s activities concluded with satisfaction regarding both fundraising support and community outreach achievements.
